As we continue to rapidly expand, we are on the lookout for an experienced Marketing Expert to take our Branding and Strategy to the next level. You will be responsible for creating, developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and support business growth for Connecting Experts. ✔ : Along with content creation and aspects of event management, your main duties will focus on BRAND MANAGEMENT including the following: Strategy Development: Creating and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Contributing to continuous growth of the Connecting Experts social media platforms. Community Management: Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms to foster community engagement. Addressing negative feedback or crises in a timely and professional manner. Analytics and Reporting: Analysing social media & LinkedIn metrics to assess performance and adjust strategies accordingly Trend Monitoring: Keeping up with industry trends and emerging platforms to stay relevant and competitive Collaboration: Working with marketing, PR, and other teams to ensure messaging and branding. Brand Voice: Maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media channels Budget Management/ Tracking: Assisting to create marketing budgets and expenses This role will require a proactive, strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills, who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.
