Pretty Green are seeking a B2B Marketing Account Lead to join our team. Someone who understands our mission to deliver creative communications that positively impact people, planet & performance. THE ROLE: Reporting into the Business Development Associate Director, you'll work with Agency Growth Team and wider business to develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing, content, and communication strategies. These strategies aim to increase awareness of PrettyGreen and enhance our positioning to key target audiences in the UK and global communications industry with a view to the agency achieving its growth objectives. You'll collaborate with team members across the entire agency to create all marketing collateral. And will provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Marketing Account Manager who is responsible for executing marketing campaigns. Supporting them to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns against key performance metrics to optimising future strategies. Role Accountabilities Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the agency's business objectives and supports the Chief Growth Officer's growth vision. Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of all marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional media as per the agency’s marketing frameworks and RACIs. Highlight the importance of strategic storytelling and audience engagement in the content creation process. Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content tailored to target audiences, ensuring alignment with the agency's strategic messaging and goals. Manage and allocate the marketing budget, ensuring optimal use of resources to achieve maximum ROI. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation. Demonstrate skill in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including PR communications, influencer marketing, and events, with a focused commitment to ensuring marketing efforts are fully integrated and deliver measurable results. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities, ensuring measurable impact on brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. Ensure marketing strategies and campaigns reflect the agency's commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging. Working closely with the Brand Director to ensure the agency's brand identity remains consist across all marketing materials and communications. While proactively identifying opportunities to enhance brand perception. Lead and mentor the Marketing Account Manager: Mentor and develop the Marketing Account Manager, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the team. Support to help them deliver against their accountabilities including: Creating compelling content, including social posts, website content (news stories & case studies), whitepapers and other marketing collateral. Maintaining the agency's website, social channels (TikTok, Instagram&LinkedIn) and digital presence (e.g. Creative Brief and The Drum), ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimised for search engines. Drive the agency's digital presence, ensuring it leverages emerging platforms, tools, and trends to maintain a competitive edge. Monitoring and analysing the performance of marketing initiatives, providing monthly reporting and insights to senior management. Directing external consultants such as: Trade PR freelancer, Designers, Creatives to activate Marketing workstreams.
