The Hive Network Growth Executive The Opportunity The Hive, consisting of both the Retail Hive and The Finance Hive continues to grow attracting some of the most senior leaders from some of the worlds biggest brands across retail and the finance industry. The Growth Executive is a critical role in the team responsible for the acquisition of new members to the community by clearly communicating the value proposition and ensuring new members receive the best first experience and benefits from the Hive. The Hive is unique in its approach to B2B information exchange so we are looking for individuals with the right personality and potential with a desire to succeed - full training and development will be given to help you reach this success. The Role The Growth / Audience Executive will support the delivery of audience acquisition and engagement strategies by focusing on lead generation, prospect research, event attendance growth, and community engagement initiatives. Responsibilities include Lead Generation and Prospect Research Lead generation to build a relevant pipeline to support the growth targets across products Research all prospects to identify, prioritise and qualify the highest calibre community members for acquisition against a key set of metrics and targets. Utilise tools and resources to gather data and qualify prospects against defined metrics Maintain and update prospect database with accurate and detailed information Work closely with the marketing function ensuring a joined up approach to data sets and lead follow ups Event & Audience Engagement Conduct initial outreach to prospective members and event attendees via telephone and email to communicate value propositions Support event attendance campaigns through targeted outreach and follow-up communications Set up follow up phone appointments with members for the Community Manager to conduct deep research & profiling to ensure the content & networking will be valuable to each individual / organisation. Assist in tailoring messaging to different audience segments to ensure relevance and value Support post-event engagement activities to maintain attendee interest and encourage future participation Support in event retention to secure onsite event attendance Campaign Support Support the execution of targeted audience acquisition campaigns, including email and social media outreach Collaborate with the team to create and deliver engaging, segmented content to prospects Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback to improve outcomes Help maintain contact lists and segment data for automated marketing journeys Data & Tracking Track and report on lead generation, event attendance, and prospecting activities Support the analysis of event attendance patterns and member behaviour Assist in analysing member acquisition trends to identify areas for improvement Ensure data accuracy in CRM systems and tools, supporting team-wide efforts Development Opportunities Exposure to campaign planning and execution, with mentorship from senior team members Learning opportunities in event marketing and community engagement strategies Opportunities to contribute ideas and improve processes as part of a collaborative team The Ideal Candidate Required Skills: Strong research and data-gathering abilities Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills Basic knowledge of CRM systems Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Basic understanding of digital marketing principles If you have the following attributes, we want to hear from you: Self motivated, results driven professional that will go above and beyond Can multitask and thrive with pressure A good storyteller that enjoys speaking on the phone Open to feedback and coaching with ambitions to succeed What’s in it for you?
