Job Title: Total Reward & Recognition Director (Global) Location: London, Hybrid Working (2 days a week in the Central London office) Salary Indication: Approx £120,000 - £145,000 20% Bonus Job Role: As a strategic business partner, the Total Global Reward Director will lead the development and execution of a global total rewards strategy, ensuring the attraction, retention, and motivation of top talent through competitive and equitable compensation, benefits, and rewards programs. This role will strategically align the organization’s rewards structure with business objectives while integrating and optimizing HR Information Systems (HRIS) to streamline compensation and benefits processes. The Reward Director will foster a fair, cost-effective, and legally compliant rewards environment across international markets, driving consistency and efficiency in managing global pay and benefits programs. About the Role: Strategy Development & Implementation Design and execute a global compensation and benefits strategy, including pay scales, benefits, pensions, and incentive plans, aligned with the organization’s goals. Oversee and manage global compensation policies for operational and corporate teams, ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and compliance. Lead the development and implementation of Long-Term Incentive Plans (LTIPs) and stock programs for senior leadership roles. Reward Structures & Benchmarking Establish global grading systems and evaluate job roles to ensure equitable compensation structures across all locations. Regularly benchmark compensation and benefits offerings, ensuring alignment with market standards and competitiveness within the industry. Lead the global Annual Incentive Programs for Sales, Operations, Development, and other key teams. Salary Reviews & Proposals Manage the annual pay review process for global leaders and support team salary reviews, factoring in market conditions and company performance. Prepare and review compensation packages for new hires and promotions, supporting HR in negotiations. Risk Management & Compliance Identify and mitigate compensation-related risks such as legal compliance, statutory deviations, and discrimination claims. Ensure global adherence to local regulations, safety codes, and audit requirements. Global Mobility & Expatriate Management Manage compensation programs related to international mobility, ensuring alignment with the organization’s framework. Collaborate with HR teams to structure competitive expatriate and global mobility programs. Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with global, regional, and local teams to build collaborative relationships that support compensation and benefits initiatives. Lead HR teams in developing local reward programs that reflect both market best practices and company values. HRIS Strategy & Implementation Lead the development and execution of a global HRIS strategy to streamline compensation, benefits, and payroll processes. Collaborate with IT and HR teams to implement HRIS solutions that enhance data accuracy, operational efficiency, and employee experience. Ensure the seamless integration of HRIS with existing compensation, benefits, and performance management systems to support real-time data analysis and reporting. Regularly assess the HRIS platform’s effectiveness and recommend updates or enhancements to meet evolving business needs. Embedding HRIS into the Global Strategy Embed HRIS best practices across the organization to standardize compensation and benefits procedures globally. Train and support global HR teams on leveraging HRIS for payroll, compensation reviews, benefits administration, and talent management. Utilize HRIS to generate insights and reports that inform strategic decision-making, ensuring alignment with global and local objectives. If this could be of interest, then please apply ASAP.
