Technical Co-Founder (React Native) for Innovative Dating App

We’re looking for an experienced React Native Developer to take ownership of the technical development and help us launch successfully. About the Role Our dating app is already 50% built , with designs and core features in place. You’ll step in to complete the development and help bring the app to market. This role starts with a 1-month probation period to align on goals and performance, after which your pay doubles and you officially transition into a full-time Technical Co-Founder role. You’ll focus on delivering the final product, primarily on iOS , with Android development as a plus. Our backend is powered by Firebase , and we need someone who can own the technical execution from now through launch and beyond. This role is fully remote , and we’re seeking someone who can start immediately . Key Responsibilities Lead the completion of the app using React Native , focusing on a seamless iOS experience. Oversee technical strategy, development, and implementation. Collaborate closely with the founding team to finalize features and refine user experience. Manage the Apple App Store submission and approval process. Optimize app performance and ensure stability for launch. Deliver structured milestones within the 1-month probation period. Full ownership and influence over the technical roadmap and product vision. What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of experience building and deploying full-cycle mobile apps with React Native . Open to driven and ambitious graduates with a proven track record of delivering and developing apps. Proven experience working with Firebase backend services. Hands-on experience managing the Apple App Store approval process (Android is a plus). Prior experience with dating apps or social platforms is highly desirable. Strong UI/UX understanding and ability to deliver polished, high-performance apps. A proactive problem solver with leadership potential and the ability to work independently.
