Job Description

The Head of Content in Loro Piana is in charge of the Content Management Team, is an Expert of Content World, working with a team of Content Management and Content Production, will be planning, advising, creating Content for Digital communication with a big focus and priority on Social Media. Responsibilities Research, develop, and drive a content strategy (including an information architecture) that aligns with business goals. Facilitate its implementation at the corporate level and in Loro Piana's regional bureaus and country offices around the world. Establish and advise on content planning, operations, and delivery, ensuring alignment with Web governance standards and integration within existing workflows. Compile, analyze and share content-related research from internal and external sources. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze content performance and create monitoring and reporting dashboards. Collaborate with paid performances media manager to ensure efficiency and perfect ROI and targeting. Collaborate with content providers and editors in the planning, production, maintenance, and optimization of content. Collaborate with agencies, external designers, and developers to create new ways to present content. Provide guidance and facilitate knowledge sharing on content strategy-related issues. Work on Content Production Projects together with the team. Develop and implement Digital Social Media Content Strategy in order to enlarge the audience and improve further engagement. Work with other functions and take ownership in Digital Content Related topics (Marketing, Events, PR, Social Media, CRM, E-commerce). Monitor the Digital Content Budget. Profile Master in Digital Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Knowledge Management, Business Administration or other fields related to this position. 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience as a digital content strategist, in content marketing or equivalent, at the national and international levels. People Management - Ability to improve performance and satisfaction. Communication - Ability to listen, adapt, persuade and transform. Delivery - Ability to get things done, to multi-task and to prioritize. Strong experience in establishing, facilitating and managing digital content strategies. In-depth understanding of digital content intelligence, operations and delivery. Extensive experience with Web communications products. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated competencies in establishing, facilitating and managing digital content strategies. Knowledge of the following technical areas: content management systems, IA/UX, digital strategy, multimedia production, social media management, analytics. Demonstrated skills in the strategic analysis of content-related data and user research. Managerial skills. Fluent in Italian and in English language is mandatory, a third language will be very much appreciated. Available for Business Trips. Previous experiences in managing successful social channels.
