Key Responsibilities: ● Review and verify mortgage loan applications for accuracy and completeness. ● Collect and organize necessary documentation from borrowers, including income verification, credit reports, and other financial information. ● Work closely with loan officers and underwriters to ensure compliance with lending policies and guidelines. ● Communicate with clients to clarify requirements, address inquiries, and provide updates throughout the loan process. ● Submit complete and accurate loan packages to underwriters for approval. ● Monitor loan files to ensure timely progress toward closing deadlines. ● Identify and resolve issues or discrepancies that may arise during the loan process. ● Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company policies and regulations Qualifications ● Previous experience with mortgage loan processing ● Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loans : Ready to latch on to this rocket ship?
