The proposal is completed by a collection of apparel and accessories from leading sportswear brands and by two private clothing labels. DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE The Junior PR and Special Projects Specialist will have the opportunity to support in leading the brand communications team, building strong relationships with the AW LAB audience, and improving the awareness and reputation of AW LAB. The resource will support the team in formulating PR plans and strategies, managing media relations, enhancing the company’s Tone of Voice through various channels, writing PR copy, planning special events, and analyzing public opinion. KEY CHALLENGES Support in the organization and management of AW LAB's special events, both in-house and in collaboration with brand partners. Involvement in the planning and implementation of events, corporate and product PR activities, and special collaborations. Support in managing purchase orders for the Marketing department, ensuring the correct recording and tracking of expenses. Support in coordinating promotional initiatives with AW LAB's main brand partners, assisting in partnership management and content creation for joint communications, events, and special projects. CORE COMPETENCIES Delivers consistently following department priorities and respecting deadlines. Pursues quality in accomplishing tasks, paying attention to details and verifying information. Relates well to all kinds of people, up, down, and sideways, inside and outside the organization. Passionate about the Marketing field. Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva. LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY Italian Good knowledge of English Spanish LOCATION Limena (PD) Possibility of working in Smart Working for part of the week after an initial on-site training period.
