Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility. Manage and optimise content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer behaviour in the property industry. Collaborate with our creative teams to produce engaging content, including videos, graphics, and blog posts. Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, adjusting strategies to maximise results. Manage paid media campaigns (PPC, display ads, social ads, SEM) to drive traffic and conversions. Work closely with brand ambassadors to promote campaigns. Qualifications: Proven experience (5 years) and positive results in digital marketing, specifically within the UK property industry. Expertise in social media marketing, content creation, and influencer management. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools. Creative mindset with an eye for property trends.
