Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Job Specialty: Respiratory Job Duration: Direct Hire Shift: Night - 3x12 - 7pm - 7am, 36 hours per week Guaranteed Hours: 28 hours per week, 56 hours per pay period Experience: Not required License: Must have a current state license for Respiratory Care Practitioners Certifications: - Entry-level certification - Registered Respiratory Therapist credential from the NBRC - Current certification in CPR - ACLS and NRP certifications required or must obtain within 6 months - PALS and Stable preferred but not required Must-Have: - Graduate of a respiratory therapy program - Ability to be on call - Ability to lift 30 pounds Job Description: - Provide care to all patient populations for therapeutic purposes - Perform bedside diagnostic procedures as needed - Review and maintain respiratory care plans - Evaluate patients and adjust care as needed - Assist as a preceptor for students and new hires
