(B2B, Landing pages, Graphic Design, Adobe (PS, IS, ID), Marketing, Social media, Events, Video Editing) Creative Online Designer 1y AMAZING B2B Marketing and Lead Gen agency in London (Nr Old Street) Circa 50 staff Joining Team - lots of support, training, development and progression Working with some of the best Enterprise Tech (SAP, Adobe etc) and Agencies across the UK Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills across digital formats – brand, landing pages, whitepapers Job Purpose: The role of the Junior Designer is to successfully work across client campaigns throughout the business. You will be tasked in bringing B2B brands to life through bold, engaging, and effective design work across various online platforms. You’ll be working alongside the Designer to support in creating visuals for B2B marketing campaigns, event branding, and promotional assets. You’ll work on everything from landing pages, client proposals and social media graphics to presentations and video assets. The role requires someone with excellent design skills, organisation, attention to detail and creativity. Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Support in the creation of landing pages often against strict brand guidelines Execute the creation of promotional materials, signage, and digital assets such as engaging/informative content for social media Assist the design and creation of presentations and proposals - both for internal and client facing use Maintain brand consistency across all projects and deliverables Assist with video editing and simple animations for event-related content Collaborate with copywriters, event producers, and other team members to ensure design work meets client objectives and deadlines Support Communication Managers, Strategy Directors and the Business & Marketing Director on internal tasks and initiatives Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices for B2B marketing and events Internal Responsibilities: Working on large proposals and pitching to support the wider team with design Support Communication Managers, Strategy Directors and the Business & Marketing Director on internal tasks and initiatives Qualifications: Education: Degree in Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience: Around 1 year of design experience (agency or events experience a plus) Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills across digital formats – brand, landing pages, whitepapers Skills Required: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Experience building landing pages (No extensive knowledge of coding required – drag and drop) Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) Understanding of design principles, typography, and layout Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual consistency Ability to interpret and follow creative briefs Ability to work collaboratively and take constructive feedback Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects Interpret brand guidelines effectively Familiarity with design for digital and social media platforms Nice-to-Have Skills: Basic knowledge of motion design or animation Experience with Figma Interest in B2B industries and event marketing trends Familiarity with the print process Get in touch with GrantHonorsearch.uk and Follow Honorsearch Linkedin for all live roles
