Job information: Functional title - AVP, Talent Acquisition Department - Human Resources Corporate level - AVP Report to - Head of Talent Acquisition Location - London What you will be doing: You will be a trusted Talent Acquisition subject matter expert for our business - focused primarily on recruiting positions for our Technology division, and acting as a guardian to ensure CLS is identifying, attracting and hiring the very best talent from across the market. We’re looking for someone passionate about playing a part in the continued evolution of our Talent Acquisition function - with a strong track record of direct sourcing, creating and managing effective hiring strategies, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. You will take a proactive and inclusive approach to talent acquisition, championing our recruitment strategy and employer value proposition, DEI efforts, and building talent pipelines that align with current and future organisational needs. Execute the full end to end recruitment cycle for a variety of roles across multiple corporate functions (Technology focus) and levels within the UK and US: Responsible for leading direct sourcing efforts utilizing recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, CLS job board etc) – managing in-house searches and engaging with the external candidate market to identify and attract diverse talent. Ownership and oversight of all required recruitment processes and governance - providing appropriate guidance and counsel for hiring managers. Advise and agree on appropriate channels to market to maximize process effectiveness and further reduce external recruitment agency dependency. Relationship manage PSL vendors and any other external stakeholders in a highly professional and commercial manner. Work with internal stakeholders to facilitate interviews and ensure robust feedback mechanisms through to offer stage. Offer management and seamless on-boarding in partnership with HR Business Partnering, Reward and HR Shared Services. Maximise the use of the TA recruiting system (Greenhouse) and support process enhancements. Stay well informed of latest industry trends, market information and technological advances that will ensure the CLS Talent Acquisition team is operating best practices. Ensure hiring managers and other interviewers conduct their role in the recruitment process in a way that promotes high quality, fair and positive candidate experiences. Partner with the business to execute briefings for interviewers on candidate information, role context, prior interview feedback and ensure interviews are structured and effective. Work with HR Shared Services to ensure and maintain and improve availability and accuracy of Talent Acquisition related headcount/vacancy information and data. Ensure all Talent Acquisition processes are compliant with employment legislation, immigration rules and internal policies. Collaborate on firmwide ad-hoc projects in support of meeting team and organizational objectives. Support the wider HR function in promoting internal mobility and identification of high potential talent. Proven success in direct sourcing and full cycle recruitment for relevant Financial Services / Technology roles from either agency or in-house experience. Experience in utilizing multi-channel candidate attraction methods. An appreciation of the Financial Services ecosystem in which CLS operates. Understands and demonstrates excellence in delivering an exemplary service to all Talent Acquisition stakeholders. Demonstrates a focus on quality of work and strength in attention to detail. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), ability to converse credibly and professionally with internal and external audiences. Well organised with a systematic approach to multi-tasking and prioritising. Able to work with discretion and respect. Process driven and can recognise when flexibility and adaptability is needed. Proactive in approach to work, relationships and collaboration Solution and results driven focus on execution of deliverables. Self-motivated and able to work off own initiative. Ability to demonstrate strength in providing a consultative business partnership. Strong relationship management skills and ability (internal and external).
