Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Business Development, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing an ambitious marketing strategy aligned with the firm’s overarching business development goals. This multifaceted role involves creating and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels, managing social media platforms, and producing engaging content that aligns with the firm’s tone and branding. You will also oversee legal directory and award submissions, coordinate promotional articles, and work with external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns that reinforce the firm’s strong reputation. The role offers the chance to work on high-quality, strategic initiatives while advising partners and associates on effective approaches to achieve their marketing objectives. You will also have the opportunity to mentor team members and contribute to internal marketing training programs. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment. You should have a proven track record in managing successful campaigns, advanced knowledge of CRM and CMS systems, and expertise in digital and social media platforms.
