Job Description

Social Media Manager for innovative workspace wellbeing company Kabin is an innovative new company searching for a creative yet strategic new Social Media Manager to join our rapidly growing team and continue the growth of our brand name and product reputation, generating web traffic, encouraging engagement, and creating leads. We’re looking for someone bright, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking who’ll identify opportunities for quality content and communications which will help us drive growth and stand out from our competitors. Please do not apply if you’re unable to commute to our London-based showroom. The Basics: ● Part-time role, two days per week with the opportunity to increase days over time ● Two days in the office initially moving to one day per week in the office (Clerkenwell, London) and one day per week remotely. ● 2-3 Years of previous focused social media experience preferred ● Creative-thinking role whereby you'll be expected to plan, create, schedule, and monitor content across key social media channels and newsletters, working alongside our PR Manager ● Ability to work efficiently on tasks alone/at home or with the wider team when required ● Must be organized with great communication skills, and the ability to prioritize workstreams ● Ability to capture live event content, including people, and have the necessary networking skills to represent Kabin Social Media Essential Skills: ● Creative, strategic thinking to set Kabin's content apart from our competitors ● In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube and Pinterest ● Identifying key selling points and opportunities ● Experience with B2B brands ● Content planning, strategy, scheduling ● Copywriting - both long and short form ● Video/reel creation ● Capturing product and event imagery and video ● Social Media Analytics ● Daily community monitoring and management ● Monthly, quarterly, and annual social media reports including competitor analysis ● Proficiency with and proven results in running paid social media campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn ● Traffic and lead tracking across paid campaigns ● Liaising with the sales team to ensure leads follow up Occasional Event support: ● Greeting stand or showroom visitors to engage with Kabin ● Capturing imagery and video for social media usage ● Identifying key content opportunities ● Help manage booking, creative & design, stand materials and logistics Wider marketing support requirements: ● Understanding & reporting on website analytics/performance ● Plan, create, send, and report on our monthly email campaigns ● Ability to work with our PR Manager to support key product launches, event announcements or company news Preferred skills (not essential): ● Understanding the role of SEO ● Understanding running PPC campaigns such as Google Ads ● Ability to plan, write, and upload blog content ● Ability to manage Influencer Campaigns and Ambassadors across TikTok and Instagram ● Ability to source and create Case Studies ● A good network of industry contacts ● Identifying relevant event opportunities Salary and Benefits Competitive - Depending on Experience Please email a COVER LETTER and a CURRENT CV in PDF format to: Walterkabin.space
