Role Description This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager at No10 TCI located in the South/South-East region of United Kingdom. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business to grow our commercial function in order to drive revenue growth. You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies to maximise business opportunities through market research and pre-existing knowledge. This role will report to the Country Director. The responsibilities of the role include and are not limited to the following: Use existing market knowledge and experience to develop and implement an effective sales plan in conjunction with the country director to effectively bring key products to the UK construction market Identify key decision makers through various platforms and build relationships with the view to selling key products Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth Manage key customer accounts and relationships Collaborate with the leadership team and the marketing function to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives Qualifications Proven experience in generating new business sales in the construction materials sector with examples of exceeding targets in prior roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in CRM softwares Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance metrics Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively Proficiency in using social media tools to generate sales opportunies. Must have UK driving licence
