Marketing Manager

We are working with a Legal 500 ranked boutique law firm who are looking for an experienced, driven and ambitious Marketing Manager to join their growing marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with the firm's senior leadership team and founders, you will play a pivotal role in increasing the firm's revenue, brand awareness, and strategic positioning in the market. As a law firm with expertise in litigation they are happy to consider candidates who have marketing experience in this practice area or any kind of disputes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, direct mail, podcasting, and in-person events. Collaborate closely with senior leadership and founders to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective execution. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic marketing decisions. Oversee content creation, ensuring consistent brand messaging and high-quality outputs. Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns, measuring their effectiveness and optimising as necessary. Organise and promote events to enhance brand visibility and client engagement. Utilise data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing efforts and achieve key performance indicators. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English Literature, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in a Marketing role within a B2B environment. Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns across various channels. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making. Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
