Job Description
Position Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team, where you will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals within the Talent & Organization function. Job Responsibilities In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team in the following activities of the function: Internship Recruitment: Assist in managing the entire recruitment process starting with job description posting, candidates screening, interview setting while guaranteeing an excellent candidate experience. Internship Management: Contribute to the entire internship management process, from recruitment and administrative management to collaborations with educational institutions. Full Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including meetings with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, screening, and scheduling interviews. Onboarding and Offboarding Coordination: Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for the internship program. Data Analysis and Monitoring: Monitor KPIs through talent insights tools such as the Internal Application Tracking System and PowerBI. Profile Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, HR, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of SAP is a plus. Strong organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative team-working attitude. Fluency in English and Italian. At least 1 year of experience as a Recruiter or HR generalist. Skills Development Opportunities Engage in special employer branding projects to expand your skill set.
