Job Description

FTC 6 MONTHS Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on experience in a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people operations and a keen interest in building a career in HR. Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment and Onboarding Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and tracking applications. Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and provide timely feedback. Support onboarding processes, including document collection, orientation scheduling, and ensuring a seamless new hire experience. 2. HR Administration Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System). Support the preparation of HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policies. Assist with compliance tracking, ensuring all employee files are up-to-date and audit-ready. 3. Employee Engagement Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events. Gather feedback from employees through surveys and assist in analysing results. Help create communication materials for internal announcements or newsletters. 4. Training and Development Assist in organising training sessions and maintaining training records. Support in preparing materials and coordinating logistics for workshops or seminars. 5. Ad-hoc Projects Contribute to HR projects, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, policy reviews, or organisational surveys. Conduct research on HR trends and provide insights to the team. Qualifications and SkillsEducational Background a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Skills and Competencies Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn. Preferred (not mandatory) Familiarity with HRIS or recruitment platforms.
