Junior Software Engineer Salary: £70k - £100K Equity (0.5-0.8%). Industry: AI / ML in Enterprise Software Location: London - 5 days in the office > Multiple hires open Engineers from all programming backgrounds are encouraged to apply Our Client We are supporting the growth of an AI start-up in 'build-mode'… they are definitely one to watch. Solving some of the biggest challenges around enterprise software configuration and using GenAI to make sense of the complexity. You will be joining the 3 Founders and their Founding engineering team who are backed by one of the biggest VC's in the industry. They are looking for people, from grad to circa 2 years experience, that want to build amazing products and solve complex challenges at speed. This is a real opportunity to be a Junior Engineer in a high performing team, and to be part of an early stage start-up already seeing huge demand Their Stack: Backend: Node, TypeScript Frontend: Next.js Custom lexers, parsers, and static analyzers (nice to have) Self-hosted LLMs (nice to have) LLM agent pipelines Middleware written in proprietary languages Neo4j All programming languages are considered as long as you are happy working in their stack. Requirements: Demonstrates exceptional system design fundamentals Obsessive about user impact and shipping at speed Pivots on customer feedback, at speed. Hunger and drive to build a generational company Any experience with Static analysis, parsers, graph DBs and or LLMs is a bonus Tech agnostic using the most suited tools for the job.
