Job Description

Brilliant opportunity upcoming for a native-level Dutch speaker to step into a Sales role and use your people skills to prospect and connect with professionals across the BeNeLux region. Requirements: Native-level fluency in Dutch. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving targets. Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is advantageous. Key Responsibilities: Gain a deep understanding of the organisation's offerings and how to communicate their value to potential customers. Use prospecting techniques such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media to generate qualified leads. Schedule discovery calls for sales teams across various departments. Build targeted prospecting lists, craft tailored messaging, and identify decision-makers to uncover new business opportunities. Participate in daily training sessions covering sales skills, technology, and mock prospecting. Learn to use sales engagement tools, CRM systems, and other resources effectively. Develop strong organisational skills to manage daily activities and achieve performance goals. This a hybrid opportunity, 4 x days per week office based and 1 x day per week Working From Home. This role requires native-level fluency in Spoken and Written Dutch, candidates that do not meet this requirement will not be considered for this opportunity.
