We are currently recruiting this on-site role for our London Office: Social Media and Community Specialist (m/f/x) full-time (40h/w) YOUR ROLE: As a Social Media and Community Specialist at Women’s Best, you will foster a vibrant, inclusive community by building strong relationships with our audience across platforms and ensuring their voices are heard. With a passion for trend-based content, you will assist with the creation and editing of engaging posts using tools like Canva and CapCut, schedule content via Sprout Social, and collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative ideas that elevate our brand and online presence. You will report directly to the Head of Social Media. YOUR MAIN TASKS: Responding to community comments and DMs on social media in a timely, helpful, and engaging manner. Managing customer concerns on social media and escalating to customer care when necessary. Engaging with our community across platforms (athletes, influencers, affiliates, customers) to foster a strong connection with our brand. Brainstorming and contributing fresh content ideas that resonate with our audience, especially in the athleisure and fitness space. Schedule content across multiple platforms with proficiency in Sprout Social and Monday.com. Creating and editing engaging content using tools like Canva and CapCut. Tracking social media trends and staying on top of current lingo and communication styles to ensure we are speaking the language of our community. Analysing and reporting weekly community engagement metrics to the team. Identifying collaboration opportunities and emerging talent on social media. YOUR PROFILE: Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, community engagement, or a related field Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage audiences in a friendly, fun, and professional tone Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask Strong knowledge of social media trends, especially in the athleisure, fitness, and lifestyle industries Proficient in using Canva, CapCut, or similar design tools Proficient in Sprout Social and Monday.com Self-motivated, dynamic, and team-oriented with a strong desire to contribute to a positive community experience English language (mothertongue) Passion for Women’s Best brand and the areas of fitness/ sports/ fashion GROSS SALARY: For this position, depending on qualifications and previous professional work experience, the gross annual salary for full-time starts at GBP 26,000.
