Internship – Junior HR Business Partner

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HRBP Junior Intern to join our High Voltage Products unit in Lodi. What you’ll do: Support the HR Business Partner in day-to-day activities, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Assist in implementing HR processes through communication and analysis. Assist in implementing HR initiatives and projects aligned with business goals. Contribute to data analysis and reporting for decision-making purposes. Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities. Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures. What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Law, Psychology, or a related field. Strong interest in HR processes and strategic business partnership. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
