We are currently hiring for a Professional Services Associate Consultant to join or winning team in St Katherine Docks; London and be part of our future success. We support our customers on their digital transformation journey regardless of their maturity This role sits within the Six Degrees Professional Services Security & Advisory Solutions team, which is responsible for the delivery of consultancy & engineering services supporting clients with transition, transformation, and modernisation across Security, Private Cloud, Public Cloud and Connectivity services. The core focus of this role will be to facilitate and lead on customer scoping meetings alongside our technical specialists. They will then generate clear and accurate statements of works to our clients in an expedient fashion. When doing so, our successful candidate will review the commercial terms and against the technical deliverables to ensure that the proposal is as attractive as possible to our clients whilst ensuring a positive margin position for the deliverable. Working with teams across the business from Sales to Delivery, the role will be a key point of contact with our clients, building relationships to ensure that immediate deliverables are achieved and in due course, are able to offer guidance in terms of additional services we can offer which would benefit their business. The role will require a high degree of project management acumen, so somebody who has worked within that field previously would prove advantageous. It offers the opportunity to broaden someone’s scope however from purely orchestrating activities, to being more commercial than a typical project management role, through direct engagements with customers and modelling commercial deals based on the requirements and our overall margin position. Due to the nature of the customer engagements, the role will be working on, having a prior understanding of IT Managed Services would be beneficial but not a mandatory requirement for the role. Working in a small but perfectly formed team, the role will collaborate heavily with our Pre-Sales Consultants and report directly into our Lead Pre-Sales Consultant allowing significant opportunity to learn from one another and support in each other's progression both professionally and personally. The skills you would develop from this role, will enable to progression in a variety of avenues, be it into a more senior Consultative role or into a broader Project Management Office position. As the role is directly linked to our success as a business and devliery to our clients, the role will not only be compensated through our base salary (£45,000 p.a) and competitive benefits package (as below), but will be part of our Professional Services commission scheme. This enables further variable earnings up to 100% of your base salary based on the overall bookings performance of the business. Working from our beautiful St Katherine Docks offices twice per week (at home for the other days), you will be working with some of the best views in London (we might be a bit biased) and have access to our Sales and Delivery teams, enabling a dynamic environment where we are all driving to succeed for our clients.
