Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Technology

Oliver Bernard are looking for 2024/2025 Graduates to join our graduate academy as a Recruitment Consultant starting ASAP About Recruitment This is a 360 recruitment role which means you will be manage the entire recruitment process. From identifying and securing new clients with Technology roles, to managing the interview process and negotiating salary and benefits. You will network and build relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth and successful recruitment experience. Our graduate programme The programme lasts a minimum of one year where we will help you build lifelong skills such as business development, sales, outreach and networking, building relationships, stakeholder management, personal branding plus more. You will begin on a structured 12- week model which includes a mix of blended learning; classroom sessions, on the job and peer-learning. Why Oliver Bernard?
