Job Description

THE ROLE NGGH are looking for a Marketing Product Operations Intern to complete an unpaid curricular internship. You will support in managing product/sample operations for the marketing function for Reebok Europe and Reebok Global LTD. WHAT YOU'LL DO Manage product operations for the marketing team for Reebok Europe and Reebok Global LTD Ensure products and samples are tracked and managed effectively across the marketing function ensuring the product availability for campaigns, shoots, PR activities, and in line with marketing objectives and priorities Be the point of contact for all things product-related for the marketing team Create ways of working using tools and technologies to manage product operations within the marketing function Support in managing contracts, POs and follow payments for the marketing team and marketing initiatives Support the Senior Marketing Operations manager on wider operations initiatives for the marketing team WHO YOU ARE Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams Fluent in English and Italian, written and spoken; this will be tested in the interview process Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Precise with a great eye for detail REWARDS & BENEFITS Lunch tickets Discounts on all NGG brands and partners including FARFETCH and Browns Be part of a young, dynamic, and creative company with over 40 different nationalities Brand new headquarters located in the center of Milan J-18808-Ljbffr
