Start your career development and become Tetra Pak’s next Future Talent We are looking for highly motivated newly graduates to join us in 2025 The Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position starting in September 2025 at our site in Modena. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program, you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. Within Programme Management - New Packaging Solutions we are now looking for a Future Talent - Project Manager that will have the responsibility to drive and deliver new products contributing to Tetra Pak's filling machine portfolio. This is a permanent position based in Modena, Italy, but you will work in a global arena. What you will do Integrate the multiple related activities (and/or subprojects) to deliver the overall project scope and objectives. Define, communicate and manage project scope, objectives and deliverables based on stakeholders’ requirements. Develop, execute, manage and communicate the project plan. Define, communicate and manage the project budget. Define, plan and manage systematic quality activities to meet project requirements through employing necessary processes, methods and tools. Create and lead the project organization based on project deliverables and define roles, responsibilities and objectives. Develop and implement a communication plan based on stakeholders' needs and expectations. Develop and implement a risk management plan. Manage contractual arrangements with all necessary organizational entities and maintain the support and engagement of the stakeholder group involved. We believe you have A Master's Degree in Engineering or Management (Graduation between 2024-2025). Experience working in engineering companies is a plus. Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious. Strong informal leadership skills to create strong professional relationships with different senior levels. Recognized as a reliable and trustworthy team player. Good communication skills, written and spoken. Fluency in English, written and spoken.
