During your integration, you will receive training on : Various energy infrastructures. Technical training on the different professions inherent to this industry. Management (recruiting engineers, managing teams of consultants, monitoring customer relations, following the careers of our consultants, etc.). Your responsibilities will include : Participate in the recruitment of new consultants (sourcing, interviewing, and salary management), mainly in English. Follow-up of our employees Management of international logistics Qualification End of Study Internship Fluent French and English required Very good skills of MS Office Respect for procedures and sense of organization International working environment Proactive and curious
