Job Description

Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 HR / IOP Degree At least 5 years HR experience At least 3 years experience in a management/senior role Employee relations and conflict resolution experience Experience from the food and beverage, agricultural or manufacturing industries beneficial Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and employee needs. Ensure compliance with labour laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies. Manage employee relations by resolving conflicts and fostering positive working relationships. Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness. Provide HR support to department heads to improve productivity, employee satisfaction, and retention. Conduct performance reviews and implement development plans for staff. Oversee payroll administration, benefits, and compensation packages. Provide guidance on employee health and wellness initiatives, ensuring a balanced work-life culture.
