You'll possess the ability to understand complex operations quickly, hold your own with strong stakeholders to manage their expectations and push back when necessary, all while driving innovation and collaboration across the company. About the Role This role is perfect for someone early in their career who thrives in a start-up environment. You'll work directly with the senior leadership team, collaborating with the CEO and COO to drive high-priority projects and operational initiatives. No two days will be the same, and you'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative setting. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and deadlines. Work closely with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency. Collaborate across teams to streamline daily functions and address challenges as they arise. Serve as a key point of communication between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive documentation, timelines, and progress reports for ongoing projects. Take ownership of ad hoc tasks and responsibilities critical to the company’s growth. About You We’re looking for someone who: Thrives in unstructured settings and is comfortable building processes from the ground up. Possesses exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Demonstrates interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and levels. Has experience working alongside senior leadership or in a support role to executives. Has excellent communication skills for handling stakeholders, including the confidence to push back or say “no” to manage expectations. Practical Information Competitive salary of around £40,000, with relocation assistance if required. This role is primarily on-site in Norwich (minimum 4 days per week).
