A high performing, award-winning, boutique Hedge Fund, are looking to make a newly created Office Manager hire. The firm have an excellent reputation in the industry and a small, but high-quality team – staff attrition is rock-bottom, they promote a very good work-life-balance and a positive working environment / culture. The firm is looking to make a newly created Office Manager hire. Key BAU responsibilities are focused on office management reception & administrative support, however the remit of the role is broad and extends to a range of ad-hoc responsibilities / ‘special projects’. The latter extends to supporting the Head of Compliance on tasks around data, reporting and FCA filing regular opportunities to take on marketing support tasks (around marketing materials, presentations etc.) ownership of tasks associated with conferences, travel & event planning for managing partners. We are ideally targeting recent graduates looking for their first role in financial services, however we can consider candidates with existing office administration / EA experience. Candidates must have a 2:1 / first class degree from a leading university and a strong desire to working in the financial services industry. The role is paying a £30-40k base salary. There will also be an individual performance related year-end bonus. All staff also receive an annual profit share payment (in addition to individual performance bonuses), based on the firm’s overall performance fee, making this a potentially lucrative entry level role in a strong year for both the individual and the fund.
