Job Description

Reference: FEND03694 Job title: The First at Fendi Internship Program aims to welcome the New Generation of Talents by offering them a disruptive experience within the Fendi Family in a context of fast pace. As main mission, the intern will be developing a dedicated business-oriented project during the length of the 6 months journey, as well as experiencing a real-life working environment and gaining a strategic vision on our business priorities. Project Based in the HO in Rome, you will have the opportunity to take the lead on a key project related to Recruiting & Talent Development Europe projects. Job responsibilities: During the 6 months internship journey, you will explore the activities of the Recruiting & Talent Development team Europe, contributing on 3 key assignments: Recruiting Support recruitment process for luxury retail positions within the Europe retail network through job posting, direct search, coordination with external partners. Ensure that every job vacancy is published and follow up with every candidate with feedback either directly or through the company tools and/or partners. Follow up closely with business stakeholders on recruitment goals and progress, ensuring that recruitment advancement reports are up to date. Become accountable for interns and temporary workers’ recruitment, aiming to create a solid base for FENDI's future pool of talents, anticipating future needs while addressing open positions. Employer Branding Support FENDI Europe employer branding roadmap by creating engaging content for school actions, managing the interaction with academic partners, and participating in on-campus events. Attract the best Next Generation Talents on the market, transmitting Fendi’s inspiration & passion, engaging with business partners, and sharing excellence on all job aspects. Talent Development Projects Assist the HR Team in the design, organization, and roll-out of Talent Development Programs, including Trainings, Coaching sessions, annual Seminars, and Special Events. Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing Talent Development impactfulness within the European scope. Profile: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Highly accurate, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, self-starter mindset. Fluency in English; Italian language knowledge would be considered a plus.
