Our client provides senior leaders of large corporations with psychology-backed assessments of business culture and behaviours. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will develop high-quality, audience-driven content across organic channels to strengthen the brand, engage prospective clients, and drive lead generation. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Creative and deliver content across blogs, whitepapers, case studies, PDFs, infographics, imagery, social media carousels, marketing assets and videos Social Media Management: Oversee social channels, create and schedule posts, and analyse performance metrics. Outreach Campaigns: Using Hubspot, nurture leads with meaningful and engaging content Events: Design for events and trade-related shows content that appeals to and resonates with our target audience Brand: Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice and positioning What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a Content Marketing role within a B2B business Experience working across various organic marketing channels is highly desired but not essential Experience generating and nurturing leads through engaging content Ability to use suite of tools including Canva, Adobe, GA, Microsoft Office & HubSpot (all is not essential but desirable) Ability to use content to tell a story What We Offer: Hybrid Working: Flexibility to work remotely with regular office time.
