An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Equality & Diversity Administrator to work within the University of Glasgow on a permanent basis. In this role, the successful candidate will deliver service excellence within priority areas of the equality, diversity and inclusion agenda across the University, aligned to our values and enabling our strategic ambitions through promotion of an inclusive working environment, where all staff and students can develop and contribute to their full potential. The postholder will be responsible for the planning, coordination and administrative implementation of a range of activities and initiatives in support of the University’s Equality and Diversity Unity within People & Organisational (P&OD) Operational Services. This will include providing expert advice and administrative support aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the EDU and the P&OD function. They will have a role to play in process improvement and will be involved in projects and engagement events, fostering a positive work culture within an inclusive University community. This post is full time (35 hours per week) and offered on an open ended basis.
