Business Development Manager

The Company: A leading supplier of mechanical engineering equipment supplying into the industrial sector. A privately owned company with a distribution network and multiple locations globally. Established in the UK over 15 years ago and expanding well year on year. The Role: As the Technical Sales Engineer you will be driving sales in the defence, renewables (hydro & tidal), construction, cranes, food & beverage, aviation, manufacturing, oil and gas and power generation sector across Scotland. Selling mechanical engineering equipment and man power to go onto client sites and carry out the work. You will be selling to end users, distributors, OEM's, owners, maintenance companies and installers etc £50-65k, 7.5k OTE, Company Bonus, Car, Pension, Laptop, Mobile, 25 days holiday Bank Holidays. The Ideal Person: As the Technical Sales Engineer you will need to be hungry and driven to progress and in for a long term career. A degree/HND/qualification in engineering though they will consider an apprenticeship or even long time served. Mechanical engineering. You will have a strong track record in field sales.
