Marketing and Admissions Manager

Venn Group are excited to announce that they are working with a Kent based Independent School to recruit a Marketing and Admissions Manager for a permanent contract. The post holder will play a pivotal role in advancing the institution's growth; developing and analysing its future marketing strategies. Annual salary: £29,500 to 37,750 Working hours: Full-Time 52 weeks, 35 hours per week Location: Kent Job responsibilities include: Develop and implement a marketing strategy aligned with school objectives Identify target audiences and market position through parental insights and trend analysis Use data-driven reports to measure campaign success and guide strategies Collaborate with Admissions to support student recruitment and expand reach Ensure all marketing materials accurately reflect the school’s brand Create high-quality content for the website, social media, and marketing materials Manage digital campaigns, social media platforms, and publishing schedules Organise and promote key school events Work with senior leaders and Admissions to attract and retain students Manage school photography and maintain a quality image library Person specification: Committed to the school’s values, ethos, and confidentiality Skilled in market analysis, digital marketing, and SEO Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail Experienced in social media management, content creation, and MS Office, with desirable Adobe design skills Strong organisation, able to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines Desirable knowledge of the UK education system, especially independent schools Benefits: Free lunch Automatic enrolment in the school's competitive pension scheme (9% employee contribution) Complimentary access to the school's sports facilities Participation in the Cycle to Work Scheme 50% reduction in school fees 31 days holiday per year Vacancy reference: J86195 This is a fast moving role and will be actively shortlisted so early applications are encouraged.
