This permanent, full-time role offers a salary of up to £55,000 per annum, along with generous benefits including a Local Government Pension Scheme, 27 days of annual leave, paid volunteer days, and hybrid working options to fit your work-life balance. As part of a dedicated and high-performing in-house legal team, you’ll provide expert legal advice on a broad range of employment law matters, including discrimination claims, unfair dismissal, TUPE, and more. You will play a key role in advising both internal and external public sector clients, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and contributing to impactful decision-making.
