The candidate We’re looking for an engaging and passionate Building Surveyor with a hunger to drive their business forward in the London region. A natural leader with the necessary technical capability, you will be confident in your ability to lead a section of the team, develop new business and build on existing accounts. Requirements; MRICS preferred but not essential Consultancy experience, preferably with public sector project experience Commercially minded with an enthusiasm for winning work and business development Be able to manage your own workload Capable of managing individual team members, organising their work where necessary and providing guidance on projects Good communication and client facing skills A positive ‘can-do’ attitude Excellent all-round technical building surveying knowledge An analytical mind with a high level of intellect - combining excellent written and oral skills to produce considered and robust reports and recommendations You will benefit from becoming part of their engaging and progressive culture which supports your continued development, career goals and who values your welfare.
