Site Agent

Role: Civils Sub Agent Location: York, England A key member of the project management team responsible for delivering Health, Safety, and Environmental presentations, including project inductions, toolbox talks, and team briefings. Responsibilities: Contribute to the development of presentation content. Manage, supervise, and mentor graduate, site, and section engineers to ensure high standards of engineering control and project documentation. Implements quality control processes, including preparing and/or reviewing Inspection & Test Plans. Demonstrate advanced knowledge in key construction packages such as concrete, drainage, steelwork, and brickwork. Identify missing information and possesses a strong understanding of the project’s RFI process. Prepare and monitor 4-week construction programmes or provides relevant information to the project planner for programme updates. Qualifications/Experience: Extensive experience in design management processes. Proficient in managing temporary works and lifting operations. Experienced in quality management procedures. Strong working knowledge of CAD. Familiar with current health and safety legislation. Has previously led teams of engineers at various levels. Hold a relevant third level qualification Currently working towards professional accreditation with ICE, CIOB, or similar.
