Senior CNC

Job Description: Senior CNC Machinist Responsibilities: CNC Programming and Operation: Develop, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required specifications and tolerances. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and other team members to resolve technical issues and improve manufacturing processes. Qualifications: Education: Completion of a technical apprenticeship or equivalent in mechanical engineering or a related field. Experience: Several years of experience in CNC machining, with a strong understanding of CNC programming languages and machine operation. Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Strong problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certifications: Relevant certifications in CNC machining or related areas are advantageous.
