Quality Control Analyst

PE Global is recruiting a QC Analyst for our pharmaceutical client based in Dartford. The role is an initial 12 month contract and the rate for this role is as follows: Hourly rate for core hours (from 09.00 to 17.00) is £13.74 p/h PAYE, The hourly rate for shift- £17.18 PAYE p/h. Shift based role 3 weeks rotation: Early shift 6am - 2pm Monday-Friday Late shift 1:30pm - 10pm Monday-Thursday, 1:30pm - 7pm Friday Night shift 9pm - 7am Monday - Thursday Responsibilities: To conduct Quality Control analysis in support of the smooth running of production by testing, in a timely manner, in process controls and composite samples under day to day supervision. To perform analysis on analytical samples in accordance with defined analytical methods and Standard Operating Procedures and within timelines as agreed with line management. Review, approval and reporting of generated data for QC Release as required by the role. To ensure all analysis is conducted in accordance with company GMP and EHS procedures. Requirements: Science graduate or higher with proven experience of laboratory operation in a cGXP environment or extensive industry experience Working knowledge of the following IT systems: Oracle, Word, Excel, Trackwise, ComplianceWire, Minitab Good verbal and written communication skills Particle size analysis knowledge/experience would be an advantage HPLC Method Development and Validation is desirable PE Global cannot provide sponsorship for any applicants.
