Looking to start Early March Sheet Metal Worker – £37,318 day shift - £ 49,632 Back/Night/Weekend Shifts - located in Glasgow. Shift Patterns: Mon – Thurs Day Shift: 07:00 – 16:30 Back Shift: 14:00 – 23:30 Night Shift 20:30 – 06:00 Fri – Sun Weekend: 07:00 – 19:30 Overtime Rates: Mon – Thurs: Time and a third Friday: Time and a half for the first 4 hours, double time from then on Saturday: Time and a half Sunday: Double time Essential Experience: Modern Apprenticeship certificate also known as Trade Papers (you will be required to provide papers) Clear understanding of SHE, COSHH risks awareness and manufacturing processes Comfortable working in confined spaces and/or at height Safety certification i.e. SHE Induction, COSHH awareness, working at height etc Background in a major construction / manufacturing environment My client is a global defence leader, looking for a Sheet Metal Worker to work on a large scale naval project, with the opportunity to operate in a new innovative and competitive environment where you can be flexible about how you work and what you work on.
