On-site facilities: Gym, sauna, and steam room, and more Key Responsibilities : Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on a range of equipment, including Siemens PLC controlled systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, CNC machines, and robots. Carry out preventative maintenance tasks according to manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices. Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults to ensure optimal machine performance and minimise downtime. Collaborate with a team of skilled technicians, engineers, and production personnel to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Work with vendors and other departments to ensure equipment is maintained to the highest standards and production goals are met. Qualifications and Experience : A recognised Engineering Craft Apprenticeship or equivalent experience. Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems, including PLC, pneumatics, hydraulics, and CNC machines. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. A commitment to safety procedures and a proactive approach to safety in the workplace. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
