What You’ll Be Doing: Building front-end and back-end features (primarily in JavaScript/TypeScript). Designing and improving architecture for new and existing features. Collaborating directly with customers (charities and funders) to identify impactful improvements. Supporting onboarding tools as more organizations migrate to the platform. Writing clean, testable code and contributing to documentation and team showcases. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Multiple years shipping code and managing complex systems. Tech Skills: React, Git, Agile, Testing; familiarity with Elasticsearch is a plus. Mindset: Excited about delivering social impact and owning features from ideation to production.
