Maintenance Supervisor

Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a manufacturer based in Barnsley to recruit a Shift Maintenance Supervisor. Salary - £48,368 pa Shift: Panama pattern of 12 hour shifts with a weekly average of 42 hours Benefits: 25 days holiday plus additional entitlement in lieu of Bank Holidays Enrolment in Health Plan Pension 5% Employer and Minimum of 3% Employee Occupational Health – Annual checks and access to additional as required. 95% Sick pay after first year Long Service Awards 1st year and then in increments of 5 years Overtime available Staff development – various training and development opportunities available Cycle to Work Scheme. The Shift Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the engineering shift team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Skills and Qualifications of the Maintenance Supervisor: Proven experience in an engineering supervisory role.
