What you will be doing Champion the guest experience by turning feedback into actions that improve service and performance Support the team in meeting and exceeding guest experience targets Help train and develop the experience team to deliver exceptional service Manage telephones during operational hours to ensure seamless communication Oversee gas and electrical testing to maintain compliance and safety Work closely with park teams and central support to uphold high standards and deliver outstanding customer service.
