Are you an experienced London based Senior Recruitment Consultant ready to bring your expertise in professional services to a warm desk with the backing and support of the largest independent recruitment agency in the UK. Due to growth our team based in Holborn are recruiting for a Senior Professional Services Recruiter. The successful candidate will have a track record of establishing relationships with clients that require support attracting experienced candidates from a variety of sectors such as Human Resources, Finance, Marketing and Engineering. If you have previously recruited for positions within these sectors, we would love to speak with you As a Senior Recruitment Consultant with Pertemps, you will: Develop strong relationships with prospective clients within the Professional Services industry. Understand clients' hiring needs, company culture, and strategic goals to provide tailored recruitment solutions. Proactively source and attract high-calibre candidates through job boards, social media and networking events. Conduct thorough candidate pre-screening calls and interviews to evaluate skills, experience and cultural fit. Create job descriptions and adverts to highlight the benefits and perks of working for our clients’ businesses. Attend client visits to gain insights into how each business works.
