Financial Oversight: Oversee the charity's budget, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability. Manage donor relationships and the financial reporting process. Prepare financial reports for trustees and regulatory bodies. Stakeholder and Team Management: Lead and support a team of staff, volunteers, and Trustees. Maintain strong relationships with donors, advisors, and partner organisations. Fundraising and Public Relations: Drive fundraising initiatives to ensure financial support for the charity's mission. Represent the organisation at public events and manage media communications to raise awareness. Family Support: Serve as the primary contact for bereaved families, offering empathetic guidance throughout the repatriation process.
