ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide quality care by assessing and interpreting evaluations and tests to develop a physical treatment plan. Determine appropriate discharge management and follow-up Maintain a high standard of professional accountability with respect to safety, efficiency, effectiveness, ethics, and legal issues. Complete daily paperwork. Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with patients, their families, medical staff, colleagues, and the public. Actively participate as a team member in discharge planning and patient care.
