Rough Sleeper Outreach Team Manager (PO2)

What the Job Involves: As an Outreach Team Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of the Street Outreach service in the London Borough of Enfield. You will manage and lead a team of outreach workers, ensuring effective contact with individuals sleeping rough. Your role involves developing performance targets, conducting assessments, and creating action plans for transitioning individuals off the streets. Managing team workload, maintaining safety standards, and fostering team development through training are key responsibilities. You'll establish constructive relations with internal colleagues, community and health services, legal entities, and more. You're responsible for delivering against Enfield's policies and safeguarding commitments, while protecting information security. The job includes budgetary involvement and supporting wider service delivery efforts as required. Your ultimate goal is reducing rough sleeping by collaborating with partners and enhancing the service, maintaining high service delivery standards, and engaging with homeless individuals to provide the necessary support.
