Job Description & Requirements Specialty: MRI Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Title: MRI Technologist Shift: SUN - THURS - NO WEEKENDS 5x8 Days - 11PM - 7:30AM Average Daily Census: 35-40 cases/day Patient Diagnoses: Inpatient and outpatient workload, specializing in neuro, abdominal, and musculoskeletal imaging. No cardiac imaging. Scanning of all implants. Predominantly oncology cases, with stroke workup or trauma as well. Electronic Documentation: EPIC Years of Experience Required: 2 years Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics Certifications Required: • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) • BLS (Basic Life Support) • Ohio State License Skills Required: • Experience in Adult ICU, Adult Outpatient, and Pediatric Acute Care • Proficiency in Abdominal, Female Pelvis, Male Pelvis, Chest, Brain, Face/Soft Tissue Neck, Hip/Bony Pelvis, Knee, and Shoulder imaging • Familiarity with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) and Siemens equipment Special Imaging Procedures: • Fusion (non-brain) • Gradient Echo Imaging • Image post-processing (e.g., Apparent diffusion coefficient mapping, subtraction) • Maximum intensity projection (MIP) • Multiplanar reconstruction (MRP) • Perfusion • Spectroscopy • Spin Echo Images • Surface Coils • T-1 Weighted Images • T-2 Weighted Images Spine Imaging: Cervical, Lumbar, Thoracic Planet Healthcare Job ID 1-2728306.
